There are NO buyers fees.

Buyers must pay within 48 hours of an item closing. Buyers are responsible for load out. Buyers need to give 48 hours notice before picking up any purchased items.

No mechanical inspections were performed unless otherwise specified. Seller assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing. Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without any warranties whatsoever, whether expressed, implied or statutory. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description. Hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way and is the winning bidder's responsibility to verify prior to purchase. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Items are available for inspection, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere before the end of auction.

No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the condition of purchases made on the day of sale. Premium Auctions assumes no responsibility for equipment at any time.

Buyers are responsible for the pick-up of equipment from the moment the auction ends. Any damages incurred during or after pick-up are the buyer's responsibility. Premium Auctions does not assume liability for the safety or condition of the equipment after the sale closes.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to communicate with Premium Auctions regarding any delays or challenges in picking up the purchased items.

If an item is not picked up within 30 days and there is no communication from the Buyer with Premium Auctions or the Consignor, the item will be considered abandoned.

Abandonment Consequences:
Premium Auctions reserves the right to resell the abandoned item without any compensation to the Buyer. Any proceeds from the resale will not be credited to the original Buyer.
