Buyers are responsible for the pick-up of equipment from the moment the auction ends. Any damages incurred during or after pick-up are the buyer's responsibility. Premium Auctions does not assume liability for the safety or condition of the equipment after the sale closes.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to communicate with Premium Auctions regarding any delays or challenges in picking up the purchased items.

If an item is not picked up within 30 days and there is no communication from the Buyer with Premium Auctions or the Consignor, the item will be considered abandoned.

Abandonment Consequences:
Premium Auctions reserves the right to resell the abandoned item without any compensation to the Buyer. Any proceeds from the resale will not be credited to the original Buyer.
